The S-M series three-phase oil-immersed transformer features a fully oil-filled, sealed corrugated oil tank. The oil tank shell, thanks to its elasticity, accommodates oil expansion and meets heat dissipation requirements. The shell utilizes a new insulation structure to improve short-circuit resistance; the core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet; the high- and low-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper and have a multilayer cylindrical structure; all fasteners are specially treated to prevent loosening.
This product features high efficiency and low losses, significantly reducing energy consumption and operating costs, and offers significant social benefits. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, ports, airports, and other applications.

Normal Environmental Conditions
- Ambient Temperature: No more than +40℃, No less than -25℃; Average Monthly Temperature No more than +30℃; Average Annual Temperature No more than +20℃.
- Altitude: No more than 1000m.
- The power supply voltage waveform is similar to a sine wave.
- The voltage of a three-phase power supply is approximately symmetrical.
- The total harmonic content of the load current should not exceed 5% of the rated current.
- Installation Location: Indoors or outdoors.
Product Features
The iron core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheet, offering excellent performance and high magnetic conductivity, with low no-load losses.
The high-voltage winding has a layered structure. The low-voltage winding for ratings of 500 kVA and below is multilayered, while for ratings of 630 kVA and above, a new spiral type is used. This winding offers high mechanical strength, balanced current distribution, and high short-circuit resistance.
A positioning structure has been added to the housing to prevent movement during transportation. All fastenings are equipped with fastening nuts to prevent loosening during long-term operation.
This product is a completely sealed design. Vacuum oil filling is used during packaging, which completely removes moisture from the transformer, isolates the transformer oil from external air, prevents oil aging, and improves its reliability. The product is equipped with a safety valve, alarm thermometer, gas relay, and other components to ensure safe transformer operation.
A corrugated oil tank is adopted. This type of oil tank offers advantages such as ease of processing, high mechanical strength, good welding properties, and no leakage. Moreover, the high fluidity of the oil improves the product’s heat dissipation capacity.
The product is attractive in appearance, compact in volume, and has a small footprint. It is an ideal product that requires no maintenance.
