The YBM series compact substation is a compact switchgear unit comprising a high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer, switchgear, power metrology unit, and reactive power compensator. All units are packaged into one or more cubic units, which are connected according to proper electrical logic. It is suitable for three-phase AC systems with a rated voltage of 10/0.4 kV. It can be used for generating and distributing electricity in factories, mines, oil fields, ports, airports, urban public buildings, highways, underground structures, and other locations.

Product Features
The cabinet has two designs: one is a frame welding process, in which the frame is first welded to the steel, then riveted or welded to the panel. The other option is a skeleton assembly; the steel plate is formed by bending and surface shaping. Finally, the steel plate is assembled using bolts. The frame assembly features an expanded low-voltage outgoing node, which can accommodate at least six low-voltage switchgear panels with 812 loops. The prefabricated substation can be configured for use in a corridor or duty room.
It has good thermal insulation and ventilation. The cabinet uses a two-layer structure, with thermal insulation material also installed in the intermediate layer, effectively reducing temperature increases caused by sunlight. It is easy to operate and maintain. Each compartment is equipped with an automatic lighting device, and the transformer compartment is equipped with rails and a trolley for convenient installation, maintenance, and transformer replacement. The HT and LT compartments utilize front-mounted wiring and frontal maintenance.
The appearance is attractive and durable. The cabinet body is constructed of a high-performance marine epoxy primer with a high zinc content and an epoxy anti-corrosion solution with excellent anti-corrosion properties. The surface color can be customized to suit any environment. All electrical components are galvanized and equipped with a special universal anti-lock and anti-corrosion lock.
