An underground transformer and low-voltage switchboard in the form of a billboard form an above-ground and underground structure without occupying the ground surface, making it particularly suitable for densely populated central city areas.

• The enclosure is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, is completely sealed, and can be immersed in water for a specified period.
